  1. Connection: View daily usage of requests to Salesforce (limited to 127,000/day).
  2. Notifications: Configure engagement alerts from Influ2 to Salesforce.
  3. Metrics: Select which data (e.g., impressions, clicks) to sync with Salesforce fields.
  4. Leads: Automatically create Salesforce lead records for unmatched Influ2 targets.
  5. SFDC Lists: Sync and utilize Salesforce campaign member statuses within Influ2.

Viewing Notifications in Salesforce:

  • Lead/Contact owners receive alerts via the notification bell and activity timeline.
  • For Account-level notifications, account owners receive the alerts.

Note: Notifications are sent as events by default. To receive them as tasks assigned to owners, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Implementation Manager (IM).

Sandbox vs. Production: Configuration Reset Notice

Important: Connecting a Salesforce sandbox environment requires reconfiguration when switching to production. Settings from the sandbox do not transfer automatically to production. Each connection is treated as a separate instance.

By following these steps, you’ll establish a robust data exchange between Influ2 and Salesforce to drive personalized engagement and streamline processes.
