How to add new ad content to Influ2
1. In your Influ2 account, go to the “Content” section and click the "Add content" button.
2. Influ2 supports two content formats for ads – images and videos. From the dropdown, select either image or video content format:
- Image content includes single image ads, carousel ads, native ads, and display ads.
- Video content includes social media and native video ads.
How to upload image content
After selecting "Image content," a new content window will appear where you can specify details for your ad, including social media accounts, texts, and images.
Image format requirements:
- Image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, and GIF (only for display)
- Maximum file size: 8 MB
To upload image content, complete the following fields:
1. Content name. This is the name that is going to show on the list of all content campaigns in Influ2. We recommend choosing a name that you will easily associate with a corresponding campaign later on.
2. Landing page URL. Input the landing page URL where the ad will direct users. We recommend using ungated content on landing pages.
You can add custom utm_medium and utm_content parameters, but the following parameters are populated automatically by Influ2:
- utm_source: Influ2
- utm_campaign: content ID from your Influ2 interface
- utm_term: used by Influ2 for internal tracking.
3. Ad type. To successfully create an image ad, it is essential to provide information for all three available ad types: social, native, and display. Please note that you cannot create an ad using only one or two formats; all three must be populated.
Here’s a breakdown of each type:
- Social: These ads appear on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Within Influ2, there are two formats for social media image ads: single image ads, which showcase one visual, and carousel ads, which allow for multiple images to be displayed in a swipeable format.
- Native: Native ads are integrated into content on platforms like Google and Bing, designed to match the look and feel of the surrounding content. This makes them less intrusive and more engaging for users.
- Display: Display ads are served on various websites, including Amazon and other third-party sites that participate in display network programs. These ads typically consist of visually engaging graphics and are facilitated through networks like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
