How to import your revenue data into Influ2

The Influence Dashboard helps you track the influence of your ads on your organization's pipeline and revenue.

If you create cohorts by manually uploading lists of targets into Influ2, it’s also important to track how Influ2 affects your revenue. For this, you need to export a revenue report from your CRM and import it into Influ2.

How to export the revenue report from your CRM

The revenue report you need to export for Influ2 will vary depending on your CRM system.

How to import the revenue report to Influ2

1. Log into your Influ2 account, go to the Dashboard, and click the Import opportunities button.

2. In the side-panel that pops up, drop your report file or browse and upload it from your device.

3. Follow the simple workflow to map your fields, check the opportunities, and submit.

Here’s how to map the fields:

Salesforce HubSpot

Opportunity name -> Opportunity name

Deal Name -> Opportunity name

To stage -> To stage Deal Stage (Current) -> To stage
From stage -> From stage Amount -> Amount
Amount -> Amount Last Modified Date -> Last modified date
Last modified date -> Last modified date Deal Owner -> Owner
Opportunity owner -> Owner

Record ID -> Opportunity ID

Opportunity ID -> Opportunity ID Deal - Company (Primary) -> Account name
Account name -> Account name Deal Type (Pipeline) -> Opportunity Record Type
Pipeline -> Opportunity Record Type  

Note: if any of the required fields are missing from your file, the opportunities with missing data won’t be imported into Influ2.

That’s it! Your opportunities data is now imported into Influ2.

As the next step, you need to specify the active pipelines for these opportunities and assign the stages that define the movement of the opportunities from Pipeline generation to Pipeline progression to Deal won. You can read more about how to do it in this article.
