HubSpot offers a report named ‘Deals’ that allows you to export deal details that are required by Influ2 for precise revenue reporting. This section guides you through exporting deal details from HubSpot.
1. In your HubSpot account, go to ‘CRM -> Deals’.
2. Click ‘Edit Columns’ above the deals table.
3. Select the following columns for export:
- Deal Name
- Deal Stage (Current)
- Amount
- Last Modified Date
- Deal Owner
- Record ID
- Deal - Company (Primary)
- Deal Type (Pipeline)
4. Before initiating the export, make sure that no irrelevant filters are applied to the deals table. Export the file by clicking on the ‘Export’ button in the top right corner of the table.
5. In the next window, choose the 'All properties on record' option.
6. If you’ve previously uploaded files from HubSpot into Influ2, you now need to combine the old and new files into one. To ensure accurate field mapping, add stages from the older file to the new one as ‘Previous stages’. This helps define the changes in stages effectively.
