How to track a Cohort’s performance

To access the Cohort Performance report, navigate to the Cohort tab on the left-hand navigation.

For each Cohort, you can see the following:

  • Content - The content being shown; you can click the image to view it larger
  • Cohort name - The name you gave the Cohort; you can click the name to view the full Cohort Performance report for it
  • Total targets - The number of people who are included in the Cohort
  • Reached - The number of people in the Cohort who have seen your ads
  • Active - The number of people in the Cohort who are currently eligible for advertising (may see your ads) 
  • Reached this month - The number of people in the Cohort who have seen your ads this month 
  • Status - When the Cohort was last synced

The + (green) and - (red) numbers in the chart represent the net change in cohort size over the past seven (7) days. Positive values indicate the number of people added to the cohort, while negative values indicate the number of people removed.

To view the full Cohort Performance report, click the Cohort name link

The Content tab shows how the ad content assigned to this cohort has performed during the active period in terms of reached targets, reached buying groups, impressions, clicks, and CTR%.

The Journey tab shows you how the audience progressed through the journey assigned to this specific cohort. You can read more about what this report means in this article.
