This article guides you through integrating Influ2 with Outreach to enhance your sales outreach efforts with targeted ads and valuable engagement data.
This integrated approach offers two significant advantages for your marketing and sales teams:
- Marketing & sales alignment on the target audience: Marketing teams can leverage Outreach sequences to build targeted cohorts for ad campaigns.
- Data-driven outreach: Sales reps gain insights into ad impressions, clicks, and landing page visits, allowing them to personalize outreach and schedule follow-ups at optimal times.
Please note! The Default profile is sufficient for integration with Outreach.
How to connect Influ2 with Outreach
1. Log in to your Influ2 account and go to "Settings → Integrations" in the right-side menu.
2. Choose Outreach from the list of available integrations.
3. In the next window, click the "Connect" button within the "Connection" tab.
4. After this, you'll be redirected to the Outreach login page. Enter your credentials and grant access to the Influ2 integration app.
5. Authorize Influ2 to access the necessary data points within Outreach (details will be provided during the authorization process).
How to set up Influ2 notifications in Outreach
After this, you’ll see two tabs within the Outreach integration section in Influ2:

Connection. This tab shows your daily usage of requests sent to Outreach. Outreach limits the number of requests to 250,000/day. We recommend setting an API request limit to four times the size of your audience.
- Notifications. Here you can set up notifications about prospects’ engagement that you want to pass from Influ2 to Outreach.
1. Navigate to the "Notifications" tab and activate the "Send notifications" toggle to initiate sending notifications to Outreach.
2. Select the specific prospect activities you want to receive notifications on within Outreach. These options include:
- Impressions: A threshold for the number of times a prospect viewed your ads.
- Clicks: Instances where a prospect clicked on your ads.
- Visits: Instances when a prospect visits your landing page after clicking on an ad.
- Goals: Specific actions taken by prospects on your landing page (e.g., form submissions).
3. Set up an impression threshold. This threshold determines the number of times a prospect must view an ad before a notification is triggered. For instance, if the threshold is set to 15, a notification will be sent to Outreach when a prospect has viewed the same ad 15 times. This notification is triggered once per content piece.
Goals, Clicks, and Visits don't have a threshold; Influ2 will notify Outreach about every corresponding instance.
4. Once a task is detected, Influ2 automatically transmits a notification to the "Activity" section of the corresponding prospect's profile within Outreach.
