There are two ways you can grant Influ2 access to your LinkedIn — by accepting a request via Business Manager or by manually sharing your page with Influ2 in Business Manager.
How to accept a request via Business Manager
1. Make sure you’re listed as "Super admin" of your LinkedIn business page.
2. Click "Settings" at the bottom of the left-side menu of your LinkedIn business page to access page settings.
3. Choose the "Manage admins" section.
4. In the "Manage admins" section, you’ll see a pending access request from Influ2.
5. Press "Review" next to Influ2’s request.
6. Review the request and press "Accept" to grant Influ2 the "Sponsored content poster" access to your LinkedIn page.
You're all set! Influ2 is connected to your LinkedIn page and ready to start running ads.
How to manually share your page with Influ2 in Business Manager
How to check your access permissions
1. Make sure that you’re listed as "Admin" of Linkedin Business manager. For this, go to "Business manager -> People" and check which business role is specified next to your name.
2. Make sure that you’re listed as "Page super admin" of your Linkedin business page. For this, go to "Business manager -> Pages" and check which page roles are specified next to your name.
How to add your Linkedin page to your Business Manager
1. If you don’t have a page added to your Linkedin Business Manager, please go to the "Pages" section in the left-side menu.
2. Click the "Add Page" button.
3. Press "Add page (add a page owned by your business)" in the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your LinkedIn business page URL to find your page and click on it.
5. Check the two acceptance checkboxes and press "Add".
How to set up LinkedIn access manually
1. From the left-side menu of your Business Manager, go to the "Partners" section.
2. Copy Influ2’s Business Manager ID 6993562028137140224 and put it into the "Enter Business Manager" field in the middle of the window.
3. Press the "Add partner" button to activate the ID.
4. After that, Influ2 will appear on the "Partners" list in the same section. Press on the "Influ2" name to open access settings.
5. Now you need to share your page with Influ2, and here’s how to do it. In the "You shared" tab, press the "Share pages" button in the "Pages" section to proceed to the next steps.
6. After pressing the "Assign role" button, you’ll see a new window – "Assign Page roles." Scroll down and activate the "Sponsored content poster" toggle in the "Manage paid media content" section.
7. Press "Share" at the bottom of the window.
