How to set up Microsoft Teams channel notifications

To send Influ2 engagement notifications to a Microsoft Teams channel, follow these simple steps: 

1. Open the Channel

   • In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel where you want to send notifications.
     
     

2. Get the Channel Email Address

   • Click the ellipsis (…) next to the channel name.

   • Select "Get email address" from the menu. This will display the channel's email address.

Note: If this option isn't available, it may be disabled. Contact your IT administrator for assistance.

3. Share with Influ2 team

   • Once you have the email address, share it with your Customer Success or Implementation Manager to proceed with setting up notifications.
