What is a cohort?

Within Influ2, a cohort is a group of targets that meet specific criteria of your choosing. You can easily build a cohort, assign them a tailored journey, and deliver relevant content to maximize results.

Example: Imagine you’re launching a special offer for marketers across North America; you want every dollar of your ad spend to count by targeting only users who meet this criteria.

In the cohort builder, you’ll apply filters for job title and mailing country. You can even exclude certain people from your cohort, like customers or competitors. Influ2 then seamlessly syncs with your CRM to gather and include only the relevant targets.

Tip: Leverage Deal or Opportunity fields to even more effectively reach users likely to purchase, like deal champions.
