Use single sign-on (SSO) with CyberArk to easily access your Influ2 account while maintaining a high level of security.
Here's how to set it up:
Note: To create a new SAML application, it is essential that the user has the necessary permissions in CyberArk to launch and automatically deploy SAML applications.
1. Log into your CyberArk account.
2. Under the Apps & Widgets section, click Add Web Apps.
3. Access the created application, navigate to the Trust section, and click the Metadata option.
4. In the IdP Entity ID / Issuer field, enter Influ2-SAML.
5. Next to the XML field, click Copy XML and provide the copied value to your Influ2 Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager.
6. Next, click the Manual Configuration option.
7. in the SP Entity ID / Issuer / Audience field, enter Influ2-SAML.
8. In the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL field, enter https://v2.influ2.com/v1/api/client/{{your_client_id}}/samlsso/saml/acs
Note: your_client_id can be requested from your Customer Success Manager.
9. Next to the Recipient field, enable the Same as ACS URL option.
10. In the Sign Response or Assertion section, select Response.
11. In the NameID Format field, select Unspecified.
12. In the Authentication Context Class field, select Unspecified.
13. Navigate to the SAML Response section.
14. Create the following attributes with the specified values.
- userEmail: LoginUser.Username
- lastName: LoginUser.LastName
- firstName: LoginUser.FirstName
15. Navigate to the Permissions section.
16. Add a new user or a new user group with the required permissions.
Once successfully set up, your team can log in to Influ2 using CyberArk SSO!
