How to add a Facebook page to Business Manager

​​To maximize your ad reach and deliver more personalized experiences with Influ2, we recommend running campaigns from multiple Facebook pages. But before you can launch ads from a new page, you need to ensure two things:

  • The page is connected to your Business Manager account
  • The page is at least 5 days old (we recommend creating it in advance if you plan to go live soon)

Here’s how to connect a Facebook page to your Business Manager account

1. Log in to Business Manager: Go to business.facebook.com and log in using your Facebook credentials.

2. Select the correct business account: If you manage multiple Business Manager accounts, make sure you’re in the right one. Click the business name in the top-left corner and select the appropriate account.

3. Open Business Settings: Click the gear icon ( ⚙️) in the bottom-left menu to open Business Settings.

4. Navigate to the Pages section: In the left-hand sidebar under Accounts, select Pages.

5. Add your new page: Click the blue Add button and choose Add a Page (not Request Access or Create a New Page).

6. Enter your page details: Paste the Page URL or type the exact name of the page. Click Add Page.

7. Confirm ownership:

  • If you’re already an admin of the Page, it will be added instantly.
  • If not, you’ll need admin rights or approval from the current Page owner.

Important notes:

  • You must have full admin rights on the page to add it to Business Manager.
  • If someone else manages the page, they may need to approve the connection or transfer ownership.
